Gabriel Choong

Greetings! Welcome to my site! This is where I share my work that is interesting enough for the world to see :D

Who Am I

I am going to do a formally informal self-introduction now. I am a self-taught SWE majoring in AI Engineering. I specialize in applying meta-optimization algorithms to engineering problems as part of my Bachelor's degree. I am currently preparing for a conference paper which you could learn more about right here.

It has genuinely been a wild journey for me ever since I started learning to program in early 2022, an era before the explosion of LLMs packaged into commercially available applications sold towards the masses.

I am currently finishing up my degree and contemplating about continuing my studies. I had my fair shares of graveyard projects. This does mean I am knowledgeable in a few areas:

  • Fullstack Web Development
  • Fullstack App Development
  • Distributed Microservices Fullstack Development
  • Open Source Library Development and Maintenance

Feel free to visit the projects tab to look at my project showcases.
